§1. Data controller

§2. Scope of data processing
- Handling reservations and rental agreements,
- Issuing invoices/receipts and tax settlements,
- Organisational contact (phone, e-mail).
§3. Legal bases for processing
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract (reservation, rental),
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligations (accounting, taxes),
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller (protection of property, pursuit of claims).
§4. Data retention period
Data is stored for the following period:
- the mandatory period resulting from tax regulations (5 years),
- until the expiry of claims arising from the contract.
§5. Rights of data subjects
- Access to your data,
- Rectification of data,
- Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"),
- Restriction of processing,
- Data portability,
- Lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Data is not shared with third parties, except:
- tax and legal authorities,
- companies handling payments and reservation systems (if used).
