Comfortable cottages and a cosy atmosphere

• All cottages sleep 6 people (2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower)
• Each cottage is equipped with a TV, a fridge and a full set of kitchen utensils.
• Free WiFi access
• All cottages have air conditioning that also works as heating. (we clean and disinfect the air conditioning every year)
• Two of the 4 cottages are open all year round – we also rent them out for New Year's Eve and Christmas.
• Each cottage has a large covered terrace (approx. 15 m²)
• The whole area is fenced and holds ONLY 4 cottages
• Bed linen is included in the rental price. (Note – we do not provide towels!!)
• The beds in the 2 bedrooms are versatile – they can be used as singles, but when joined together they form a double bed. The living room also has a fold-out 2-person sofa.

Beautiful surroundings, close to the beach, peace and quiet

• Just a 7-minute walk from the wild sandy beach on Lake Budzisławskie, which has the highest purity class and water clarity reaching up to 8 m.
• The beach is quiet off-season and even in season (outside weekends) – it may well happen that the beach is all yours.
• The area is great for walking and cycling trips – in every direction the forest is only 100 m away.
• There are no hotels or large resorts nearby – in the immediate neighbourhood there are only other holiday cottages.
• Loud parties (such as stag or hen nights) are not allowed.

Facilities on site

• A large gazebo with 4 grills – where you can prepare your favourite grilled dishes even in the rain.
• A beach volleyball or badminton court
• A large fenced plot with a parking area
• A viewing point for children with a slide
• Giant waffle-type building blocks that easily replace a playground and encourage children to play together with the neighbours from the other cottages (Photos in the gallery)

Food

• There are no restaurants or bars on site or in the immediate vicinity.
• But the local restaurants, pizzerias and caterers deliver food to us by phone without any problem. (each cottage has a list of places with phone numbers)
• On the other side of the lake – about a 30-minute walk – there is a small bar with basic dishes such as hot dogs, chips or ice cream.
